Working with product limits

Product limits can allow you to manage the limitations of discounts and/or schedules. This will ensure that your employees only sell what they are allowed to sell.

If you want to create or adapt created product limits, you can do the following: 

  1. Open any module and search for Product limits or Navigate to "products" -> "Configuration"-> "Product limits"
  2. Create a new entity or double-click an existing one. 
  3. Fill in the name.
  4. Decide the point of view that you want to handle
    1. Including means that ONLY the items in the list will be available in this product limit.
    2. Excluding means that ALL BUT the items on the list will be available. 
  5. you can add individual products or complete product groups depending on your needs and setup.
    E.g. add the Field 30min product to only include/exclude this item or the Climbing product group to add all current and any added products in the future. 
  6. Once you added all the products or groups you want to add, you can save your work. 
Product limits can be added to a discount or schedule.
