Resources

Resources can be best described as the virtual equivalents of various areas within the venue. These areas can include attractions, party rooms, bars, tables, and more.

Depending on the station you are assigned to, you may have access to different resources, or you may see more or fewer of them.

Here is a guide to help you recognize and understand these resources.

Sessions

Now, let's delve into one of the key features that sets our software apart: sessions. Sessions are virtual representations of timeslots that allow you to make reservations for people in various activities. Depending on the configuration of each specific timeslot, you will have the ability to sell particular items to specific guests. Moreover, we can impose restrictions on certain functions based on factors such as time, date, age, or user account. So, if you ever find yourself in a situation where you are unable to perform a task that you believe you should be able to, please don't hesitate to reach out to your manager so that they can make the necessary adjustments.

Here is a guide that provides more information about sessions and their unique features.

Navigation Bar

Next to our logo, you will notice several options in the navigation bar. The visibility of these options depends on your system setup and user account. If a particular option is not visible to you, there's no need to worry, as you likely won't require it. In this document, I have focused on providing information related to the pages with the highest relevance.

Tabs Overview

Whenever you create a tab, it will be displayed in the tab overview. We will revisit and provide further explanations of tab functionalities later. For now, here is a guide that illustrates how the screen appears and provides information on the displayed content.

Payments overview

As with tabs, we diligently keep records of all payments made. Additionally, I've allocated an adequate amount of space to explain the functionalities to you later in this document. For now, please take a moment to review this guide, which will illustrate the interface to you.

Members Tab

This overview displays all the members or guests registered in the system. Here is a guide to help you become familiar with the interface.
