Payment Policy for online booking

Introduction

Our online booking system offers different payment options and allows you to customize the setup based on your local government regulations or your internal needs. 

As you might know with our Advanced Online Booking Payment, you already can:


  • Force the clients to pay online (100% online payment)
  • Ask a minimum percentage (from the total bill) as a deposit online, and pay the rest onsite (percentage down payment)
  • Set different payment conditions for each different product (product based payment)

The standard setting(by default) for an online payment is 100% online. You are able to add different payment policies and configure them under specific products:

  1. Create Payment Policy
  2. Fix a percentage (ex. 20% online)
  3. Set it on a specific payment provider
  4. Configure it on specific products
