How to turn off/on automails:

Introduction

This tutorial explains how to turn off/on automatic emails.

Configuration

1. In the Point of Sales or Configurator menu go to Communication -> Post Office -> Setup.
2. Select the template you need
3. Turn on/off 'Sending Active' and 'Queueing Active'.
4. Apply changes
5. Click green active button. 

IMPORTANT :

Queuing active: it means that the system is creating automatic email and putting them into the queue waiting for sending.

Sending active: it means that the system is able to send the messages that are put into the queue.

This means that to be able to send automatic messages, both need to be ON.
