# How to filter and export reservations

### Introduction

This article explains how you can filter out reservations and export them. As example we will show how to select all reservation without linked bills and export them.

### What to do

1. Go to the reservations screen by clicking on the reservations tab in the Point of Sales or Office.
2. In the left screen under the calendar, click on the ‘list’ icon to load all reservations
3. Go to the ‘Total Price’ column, click on the filter icon. Select ‘0’ in the popup window.
4. Go to ‘Total Paid’ column and repeat step ‘3’.
5. Your reservations will now be filtered out without any bills linked to them. You can export it to excel with .xlsx or csv format.

With the same procedure you can filter reservations by using any filter to select the reservation you need. All column headers link to a filter.
