How to create conditional questions

Introduction

In our registration system, you have the option to show specific questions based on answers you gathered from the client already. E.g. ask the guardian signature only to minor(age trigger).

Configuration

1. Go to Menu -> Communication -> Surveys
2. Double click to open the survey you like
3. Double click to open the page or click on the ‘+’ icon to add a new page.
4. Go to the ‘trigger’ tab in the page
5. Select the ‘parameter’ you want to trigger from the dropdown and fill in the right condition
6. Save and exit the page.

Restart kiosk application to apply the configuration. Your trigger-based page is ready.
