How to change registration mode for online booking

Introduction

You want to setup a specific kind of registration that customers will need to do in order to finalize an online booking purchase.

We have three different registration modes for online booking:

  • NORMAL - Clients do full OR guest(name, surname, email address and mobile phone number) registration OR log in to an already existing account
  • SIMPLE - Clients register only with basic information (name, surname, email address and mobile phone number)
  • NO GUEST - Clients can do only full registration OR log in Configuration log in to an already existing account

Configuration

To configure the registration mode that you like, follow these steps:

  1. Open FAST Booking or FAST Configurator application
  2. Go to Main Menu – System – Settings – System
  3. Type ‘Registration mode’ in the search bar
  4. Select the desired setting from the drop-down menu
    1. Normal: registration + login + guest login
    2. Simple: guest login
    3. Noguest: Normal mode without guest login
  5. Click on ‘Apply’
