This tutorial will explain how to install the mobile assistant to your Android or iOS Device. With the web based mobile assistant you’re able to get updates instantly.
Basic setup:
- Make sure you have deleted the old “Mobile Assistant” App (obsolete old app)
- Go to one of your BMI Leisure Computers and log in with your PIN
- Click on the menu icon in the top right corner and navigate to the menu “Staff/Configuration/Users”
- Double click on your profile
- Go to the tab “Login helper”
- You will find a website Link. Send it to your mobile device (for example with E-Mail). Alternatively you can scan the QR Code with your mobile device immediately.
From now on you have to proceed based on the device you have. The procedure is different for Android and iOs
Android:
- Click on the link on your mobile device. It will open in the default browser of your Android phone
- Click on the settings icon on the top right corner and scroll down
- Click on “Install Mobile Assistant”
- The icon of the mobile assistant will appear on your homescreen
iOS:
- Click on the link on your mobile device. It will open in the Safari browser
- Click on the “Share” icon in the middle bottom of your screen
- Scroll down to get a full list view of all available options
- In the bottom you will see a button “To Home-Screen”, click it and confirm
- The icon of the mobile assistant will appear on your home screen
It might be, that you are getting logged off one time after installing the app. Then you have to use your Username and Password to get logged in. After that, we are saving your Log in information for one year.
