Configure online booking confirmation emails


You configured your webshop and you would like to configure confirmation emails? Here you can find the guide.

First of all, we pre-set default emails configuration, that you can simply activate when you launch your online booking platform.

We have two standard emails that you can activate:

  • Booking confirmation email
  • Order confirmation email

The first one is related to online booking for entry activities such as bowling sessions, karting sessions, trampoline activities, party and events, etc...

The Order email is sent when a client purchases some items from your webshop like gadgets, hats, T-shirts, vouchers etc...

If you like the standard emails, you can simply activate them following the tutorial below.

5. Double click on 'Default order confirmation'

6. You can edit the sender name which is the name that will show as sender in the mailbox

8. You can set a "Reply to" address so when the receiver click on reply to, he will automatically send a reply to this email address.
You can also set a BCC which is an email that will receive the email in copy.

9. You need to set Sending active and Queuing active on ON.

10. You can also decide to add a calendar view to the email - it has more sense for a booking email. This will automatically save the reservation time in the receivers' personal calendar.

13. You can activate all templates that you need based on the language - this case id the default english one. The mil will be sent based on the client language.

14. To activate or edit one template you can double click on it.

15. You can activate the template, edit the Subject, the content (html)

17. Double click on the Booking confirmation email

18. You can edit the sender name, reply to and BCC like all emails

Advanced settings

You can also customize the template by editing the html code. 

It is also possible to customize the emails based on the product/activities booked and activate reminder email. For all custom requests, you can ask our support team.
