Adjust the order of your activities in your POS system.
If you want to change the order, all your activities are shown in the POS. This is the guide for you.
- Open any module on any device and log in with your user.
- Navigate in the Menu to "Activities" -> "Resources"
- This will open the overview screen and show all your configured resources.
- The sequence is what defines the order of your resources.
- As you notice on the image you can go negative also.
- To adjust the sequence, double-click the activity that you want to change and change the value in the sequence field.
- Save your work.
If you want to ensure flexibility in the future we advice working in sequence steps of 5. This will enable you to add an additional activity in the future and place it between already existing ones.
Eg. You currently have Karting, Lasertag, and Arcade. If you set them up as

5 Lasertag
10 Arcade
you can always add an escape room between them at a later stage without having to change any existing configuration.
