Cash drawer not opening
This tutorial explains how to fix the cash drawer in case it is not opening
The cash drawer can be configured in our system to be opened automatically when a client is making a cash payment. There is a small cable that links the cash drawer to the EPSON ticket printer. In case the cash drawer does not open automatically, follow the steps below.
- Go to menu click on Help-> Fix Printer/Cash drawer.
- Restart the Point of Sales (POS) software.
- Test if it works.
If it still does not work, it might be that the ticket printer is faulty.
