A- How to contact BMI Leisure technical support?
Generally speaking, You can reach our technical support by many ways:
Non-urgent matters (things that are not blocking your business from running):
1- Submit a ticket:
Through the online portal which is:

2- Email: send an email to support@bmileisure.com anytime you want, and put your customer success manager in cc.
Important note: Tickets are being created not only when you go to the option of (Create a ticket) on the portal, but also they are automatically as long as you send an email to support@bmileisure.com , keep that in mind!
3- Calling:
During the working hours (8:30 am till 5:30 pm Belgium time), you can call to +3214560070.
Urgent matters (things that are blocking your business from running):
If there is an issue happened outside our Belgium office working hours (something that blocks your business from running), we can still help you over the phone 24/7 by calling our emergency line at +3214560070.
Other than that you can either send an email to support@bmileisure.com anytime you want, or call our support during Belgium working hours.

C- What is the BMI Leisure support portal?
1- Knowledge base (It does not necessarily need you to register to access it):
In the BMI Leisure support portal, you can normally find lots of tutorials that can help you with the configurations within our software. We keep adding new tutorials in there, so make sure to explore it!
2- Support tickets overview (You must register >> follow the instructions in (D))
Our support portal gives you control over your communication with BMI Leisure support tickets.
This portal is a home behind a login where you can view, open, and reply to your support tickets.
In other words, you can see all support tickets submitted by you, or anyone in your company, all in one place!
D- How can I access the support portal and how it works?
1- You can go to our website, then click on (Support center).
2- Now you are in the support center.
In order to access your own support tickets (or all tickets created by your colleagues in the company), you can either click on (sign in) or (Go to customer portal).
3- Click on (Register here).
Important note: You can register with any email address you want (even if it is not ending with the domain of your company, it is totally fine).
After the registration, if you do not see your tickets or the company wide tickets, contact the responsible on your company account from BMI Leisure so that he/she can associate your email to your company in BMI Leisure internal database. Only after that, you will be able to have full access to all your company tickets, either submitted by you or your colleagues.
4- Register by entering your (email) and (password), accept the personal data terms, then click on (save password). You will see the below screen.
5- You should receive the verification email in your inbox. Once you receive the email, click on (verify email address), it will direct you to the below screen.
Now you can sign in using your email and password.
6- Once you sign in, you will notice in the top right corner (sign out).
Now you can click on (Go to customer portal).
7- As you can see below, you will have an overview of the support tickets.
