Automatic cancellation of pending/incomplete reservations
A pending reservation is a reservation that has been started on the online booking platform and it hasn't been confirmed or paid online. You are able to configure a max. checkout time. If the user doesn't finalize the booking within this time, it will get automatically cancelled. Deleting incomplete bookings is important otherwise they will keep occupying the availability of your center preventing (or reducing) real bookings.
In order to configure this, you simply need to edit a system setting "Cancel pending reservation" and set the maximum checkout time. We recommend 30 min, since it's enough time to complete a booking and it's not a lot in case it doesn't get completed.
NOTE: Do not set very short time for example 5 min: in this short time, users might not finalize the payment in time!
4. Type "Cancel pending reservations"
6. Set the time you want.
7. That's it. You're done.
