Food allergens on kitchen orders

Introduction

You have setup your Food and Beverage system and now you want to see how you can communicate about allergens between the Reception and the Kitchen. Follow these simple steps:

1 – Create a bill.

2 – Under each bill line you can setup one or more allergens.

3 – You can setup allergens also in the whole bill, this means they will involve all products ordered.

You are also able to show Allergens on the Kitchen Ticket and on the Kitchen POS screen that will handle that order. This is all part of our Kitchen Routing system.
