      Add payment/booking terms in online booking

      Introduction

      If you have an online shop or an online booking page on your website (and app) and you want that clients need to accept the Payment terms before the payment, in this article you will find the steps to follow.

      Configuration

      1 – Create a webpage with the payment terms:

      • Open Configurator (or Point of Sales)
      • Go to Menu – Communication – Communication – Webpage
      • Click + button to add a new page with kind ‘PaymentTerms’
      • Paste your terms and condition text and edit it html format

      Implicit Acceptance of the Terms

      After you configured the webpage for the terms as showed on the above video, the online user will implicitly accept the terms when paying. An example below:

      Explicit Acceptance of the Terms

      If you prefer an mandatory acceptance of the terms, please follow the below simple steps:

      • Open Configurator (or Point of Sales)
      • Go to Menu – System – Settings – System
      • Type “Accept payment terms”
      • Set ‘Accept payment terms’ to True
