How do I replace the paper in the Self-Service Kiosk ( Custom VKP80II)
If your printers are not printing and have the correct drivers installed, this might mean you need to load them correctly. Here is a guide on correctly reloading print paper for these devices.
The Custom VKP80II device is set up with an auto feed, so there is no need to open or lift any parts of the device.
- Make sure your power and USB connection are appropriately connected.
- Make sure the printer roll edge is somewhat straight. If not, make a straight fold in the paper and tear or cut the end.
- Position the paper roll so that it unrolls correctly, as shown in the figure.
- With the device closed, present the paper to the back of the printer, gently push it into the paper infeed opening, and wait for it to load automatically.
- The device should cut off the feed, indicating a successful reload with the green status light.
