# Clock-in/out survey

### Introduction

### Configuration of the Survey

1. [Create a new survey](https://support.bmileisure.com/support-center/how-to-change-a-registration-flow?hsLang=en)
2. Name it "Clock-in Clock-out"
3. Add a new page with [the question](https://support.bmileisure.com/support-center/how-to-add-a-new-question?hsLang=en) "Clock in"
4. You can choose to set the picture as mandatory or not
5. Apply

### Set the Clock-in survey on a Kiosk

When you are done, what is left to do is to set this survey on the kiosk you want:

- click Ctrl + Shift + F3
- Look for “survey”
- Look for the survey you want, in this case “Clock-in Clock-out”
- Click Apply and restart the kiosk

 1\. Open the Point of Sales or Configurator application

 10\. Doubleclick **TV 3.0**

 27\. Open the Kiosk application and type Ctrl + Shift + F3

 28\. Look for survey

 29\. Click on the dropdown list to choose the correct survey

 30\. Select "Clock-in / clock-out"

 31\. Click Apply and close

 32\. Press **Alt+F4 to restar the Kiosk**

 34\. Restart the Kiosk application

 35\. That's it. You're done.
